Over the years of training thousands of people in the care sector, one question that always comes up for me is "Who is looking after the Carers?".
Often when I speak to people and I ask this question, people start staring at the floor and recognise that they often put themselves last.
Many people come in to care jobs because of their personal experiences and we explore the fundamental nature of why we are here and how we can project our best versions of ourselves to the world. The course concentrates on the qualities it takes to care for others and we can all learn from our stories. We look at how to reduce stress within the workplace and self-care that can bring about a better sense of satisfaction when we think about ourselves and indeed, others. It brings about awareness of other people's opinions, how they see us and what we can do to improve our internal image using mindfullness, NLP and resilience skills.
Suitable for all care organisations or groups of people who would like to improve morale and enhance the sense of worthiness within the workplace.
